Received this from a friend:

Don't know if you were just telling me about the report...which I assume is the one below... or trying to find one for someone? but there are several used copies on Amazon with the cheapest being $29. A friend of mine owns a used book business called Ancient Society Books and he may have a less expensive copy. These site reports are not big sellers as they usually contain many details on minutiae that are not all that interesting though sometimes there is a good overview of the history of the site. One can often get a cheap used copies of out-of-print site reports at archaeology conferences particularly localized conferences. There usually is some type of book selling going on. Another way to get a less expensive copy might be to contact the Oklahoma Historical Society and ask if they have any copies left or can suggest someone who does. In another few years, I'm sure it... like most written material... will be available for download onto a computer reader deal. I am sad at the prospect libraries with real paper books will be obsolete.
