Of the Arkansas River. This map, at least to me, is important, as it shows the river
within five years of the war, from Fort Gibson to Little Rock. It may be of some use
to IT CW researchers. Granted, the town of Fort Gibson is shown, but not the fort,
as the map is of the Arkansas River and not the Grand/Neosho River. Still, as it
shows roads, Indian mounds and other topographical information along the river,
this Corps map is better than nothing and is online.
