To billie jane mcintosh, I am a genealogist and there is evidence that josiah joseph(joe)mcintosh,sr born on or between 1822-1825 in creek nation georgia on the chattahoochie river is a slave son of chilly mcintosh and his father's slave katie/kate hale who is a mixedblood choctaw,black,and white . A daughter hagar mcintosh was born as well.josiah and hagar mcintosh became slaves of delilah mcintosh hawkins drew, all made the trip to ft gibson,arkansas and then to east texas marion county near jefferson to a town called lodi texas. Delilah and william(bill) drew plantation was in lodi,texas ,today the drew's plantation is still standing and is located on the lodi road (falonah plantation).josiah mcintosh did not go back to indian territory this is why he does not have a dawes roll number,hagar mcintosh and her husband michael(mike) mcintosh went back to I.t. and areon the rolls. josiah joseph(joe)mcintosh bought property and resided in lodi,texas the rest of his life and died in 1921 and is buried in lewis chapel cemetery on lewis chapel rd inlodi,texas marion county.
