By any chance are you aware of the relatively newly published Supplement to the Official Records? Broadfoot Publishing in Wilmington NC is the sole source vendor. The Supplement is another 100 volumes of reports and correspondence that either was too late for inclusion in the original ORs or couldn't readily be found before 1908 when the 128th and final volume of the official set was issued. I'm not sure if Cornell University's library offers the Supplement online through their catalog, but they do have the original set electronically full-text in their catalog. Hope this helps.
