Every one has been most kind in trying to help me find my Great Grandfather WILLIAM TUCKER, born about 1835,probably in Harrison Co.
After over thirty years of looking, I still canno find him. Of course, there are probably one hundred William Tucker's who fought on the CONFEDERATE side.
I have found William's family, but no Civil War records or burial for him.
I have come to the conclusion, he does not want to be found. My other Great Gpa's. were found, and I have their records, but I now believe William wants to be left alone.
Everything I know has been exhausted, kind people have tried to help, but without knowing the company or where he entered, it is really hopeless.
