Hey Y'all,
My great grandfather was Dr. John Fleming Rodgers, born in Bourbon Co., Ky in 1830 and died in Clifton, Woodford Co., Ky in 1902.. During the War for Southern Independence he was an Asst-Surgeon (rank of Major) with the 11th Ky. U.S. Cavalry. I am trying to find out what I can about him, especially who his parents or Rodgers line were. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
