Muster Rolls

Hi,

Would anyone know how I could find a couple of official muster rolls? I'm esp. interested in two sets of official muster rolls for Gen. Forrest's troops -

1. After the Batttle of Brice's Crossroads (Tishomingo Creek) in June of 1864 and
2. For Gen. Forrest's troops @ their surrender at Gainesville,AL in May of 1865

Gen. Forrest specifically mentioned the procedures & protocol of the surrender @ Gainesville in his official papers, and it's mentioned again by one of his biographers Thomas Jordan. There is also the official mention of a muster taken after the famous Battle of Brice's Cross Roads.

The reason I ask is that my Gr-G.father Joseph F. Sullivan of the 8th Ky Inf Mtd, CSA, fought w/ the Kentucky Brigade under Col. Ed Crossland. I'd like to be able to find him on
either /or both of these muster rolls, if possible. I've looked for thesurrender records @ NARA, but their records tend to leave off Confederate musters, even in surrender. As for the official Confederate record of muster rolls, I'm not sure how to go about looking for those. Have asked @ the AL State Archives but have had no positive results there.

Thanks for any help or pointers...
