My history of the 15th Kentucky will be published by the University Press of Kentucky in September, 2003. I've never seen either a photo of Mr. Billings, or of any of the companies during their service. Unfortunately, I can't add anything to the information you already have about Billings -- the info in his service record is sketchy.
