Captains Beverly D. Williams & Horace N. Fisher

I am searching for information pertaining to Captain Beverly D. Williams, who was a Perryville resident and Union staff officer. Also looking for additional information about Captain Horace N. Fisher, also a Union staff officer. I am not certain if Fisher was from Kentucky or not, but he may have been.

Both men served on the staff of Alexander McCook and were aides-de-camp. I am particularly curious about these two as they seem to have been among the few of McCook's personal staff who were not affiliated with Ohio, as far as I can presently tell.

Any leads would be appreciated.
