There was a W.F. Fraly, private, Company A, 2d KY Mounted Rifles, who mustered in Sept. 15, 1862 in Rowan County, KY. There is no date given for his mustering out. This is per the Ky Adj. General's Report, Confederate, Vol. II, p. 364.
John T. Williams, captain of Co. A, was from Morgan County and a good many of the men who enlisted in that company were from Morgan and surrounding counties.
