I'm not sure it's the same man, but there are files for W. F. Fraley, Co. "A", 2nd Kentucky Mounted Rifles, and Wilson Fraley, Co. "A", 2nd Kentucky (Mounted) Regiment. The latter was a Kentucky infantry unit that was mounted during the last year of the war.
