raid on Paintsville 1864

Does anyone know who were killed in the raid on Paintsville I believe was in 1864? I am looking for my ggreatgrandfather who disappears about that time and a book I have says he was killed along with James Patterson. My ggreatgrandfather's name was Andrew Osborn or Osburn or Osborne or Ausborne. I have seen notes that Patterson was killed by the citizens of Paintsville but I can find nothing on Andrew. He was with Ky 5th, Co K with his wife's brother Daniel Blevins in 1861 and 62 and then appears on Sid Cook's Co G 7th Cavalry roster. Does anyone have info?
Someone sent me a court document that he had been accused of being present with Rebels when a store in Paintsville was robbed in fall of 1862. The depositions I believe were given in1868 and summons issued to most involved but of course he wasn't around then so his name was not mentioned. can't find where his wife Susan was buried or he was buried. She sold their property on Lower Laurel Creek just out of Flat Gap and moved in with a son John H. Osborn for most of her remaining days.
