F. M. and James Dorroh are found on roll with the 3rd Kentucky Regiment, as well as Cobb's Kentucky Battery. Military records of these men should state whether or not they died of wounds at Shiloh.

Actual site of burial is another matter. There are five mass graves for Confederate dead found on the field. Please note that Confederate dead or suspected Confederates are not buried in 'national' cemeteries except under unusual circumstances.

Since the names of Confederates who lost their lives are unknown except to God, we cannot know the names of these Southern soldiers until the last trumpet sounds....
