Re: Battle of Richmond Ky

You have a Pvt.James Dunlap of Co.I as KIA. From the OR's, reported by Major Bracht since everybody else was dead or wounded, I have a Lt.James Dunlap, KIA, as also being Co.I's commander. Is this the same man or was the Pvt.Dunlap the Lt's son or relative. I do know that the Co.I CO, Lt.James Dunlap was shot in the head and killed in the second phase of the battle, along Duncannon Road. Please let me know if you are certain either way.
