Oh well in that case these Wiggingtons are defently Union Bushwhackers. Im a native Bullitt Countian I was born and raised in Mt. Washington and the Wiggington Brothers were pro union and despised by most of the pro Southern town which raised 3 Confederate State Guard companies and most of Company C of the 2nd Kentucky Infantry CSA. Two other stores were opened to compete with them by the Barnes Brothers Confederate Veterans of the Orphan Brigade and my Great Grandfather also a Confederate Veteran. The Wiggintons recked havouc on the County that disowned them during the War the attacked a small Rail Road town near the Hardin County Border but I cant remeber the name of it but some of my ancestors memebers of the State Guard were involved in the Incident and drove them out of the town.
