I have been reading the messages concerning the 7th Ky Inf. My g-g-father was Daniel Carr Coleman from Henry Co., TN and on a questionaire he stated that he jined up with the 7th KY Calvary, CSA after Island #10. However, he has a pension record that sates it is the 7th KY Inf.CSA. He states he was at "Guntown, Harrisburg, Franklin, Nashville, Murphresboro, and captured at Gainsville where he was paroled." Which one should I follow for more info?
