I am so excited. We have been at a dead end for years. I found a Robert Owens in his same company that also wrote a letter to the pension board stating that he was with Carr at the end of the war. They had a hard time with proving that he had finished the war - was not on final rosters. I will find out more about the pension. My parents from Paris, TN are bringing them down. Thank You so much.
