Thank you - I am sorry - it is Robert Hicks - not Owens. We know a Robert Owens and I typed the wrong name. On his witness letter it is Robert Hicks from Kentucky.
He also talks about E.E. Tansil, J.D. Poyner and a Wash Shell. In one place there is a man whose first name is "Wes" and a man named "Mar" or "Marr." It is hard to read these copies.
