I know there was one in PeWee Valley, which is a suburb of Louisville. It is now a private residence.

I think there was one in Paducah. I had an ancestor who fought for the 3rd KY Confederate and was wounded at the Hornets Nest, taken prisoner, moved to a "hospital" in Paduch, where he died about a week later.
