Your kind words are really appreciated..Perhaps I have been confused and wrote too messages trying to get other opinions and help. Believe me, I have received over 1000 messages in answer to the ones I wrote for help in the Civil war...The one thing I have never understood was his records. They show Sick in Hospital on the 30 august - 30 october 1862 muster card..The November - December card shows..Died 20 October 1862...There is No Other Information on these cards..Yet..I have his 3 half brothers records and they explain where they were sent Sick. Example Pvt Lorenzo J. Temples ( His Half-brother ) shows Sick in Hospital at Lauderdale Springs, Ms on the same 30 august - 30 october 1862 card. However he lived and died in 1917 and is buried in the First Sharon Baptist Church Cemetery in Jones County, Ms...the Houston library person stated they believed my Needham is buried next to Lorenzo in an unmarked grave..When I try to get information from the Church and Baptist archieves they say they have no ole records. After 8 years of research..I believe now the person who re-wrote the ole records to the muster cards left off something..yet..when I contacted the NARA in Washington DC..they don't know what i am talking about.
God Knows..i really appreciate Your Help as you have tried very hard to help me.Again Thank you for your kind words..Perhaps the last day I do this, I ( you ) will find more about him..Yes, I still believe something can be found.
