I found Ellsworth when doing research on Texas CW notables. He actually died in LA in 1899 and is probably buried in New Orleans.
I would like more information and more details around his death if possible.
I'm writing a historical novel by John Hodge Morgan and would appreciate all the detail on Ellsworth I can get.
I have the info from Basil Duke's book and several others from Louisville and am looking for a birth record in Toronto Canada.
