The Northern Kentucky Civil War Roundtable will meet Friday, June 25, 7-9 p.m. in Steely Library 300, Northern Kentucky University, Highland Heights, KY 41099.

Allen Ellis, Professor of Library Services in NKU’s Steely Library, will present “Captain Daniel Ellis: The Old Red Fox of East Tennessee.” Daniel Ellis was an East Tennessee Unionist who led thousands of people through the mountains of Tennessee, Kentucky, Virginia, and North Carolina to the Federal lines.
