The quarterly meeting of the Big Sandy Civil War Round Table will begin at noon November 20, in the Top of the Inn Restaurant, Landmark Inn, Pikeville, Kentucky. Our speaker will be Paintsville's John David Preston, author of the recently revised and greatly enlarged "The Civil War in the Big Sandy Valley." Preston's topic will be "Double Dippers," but he refuses to expound further until his presentation. He is a gifted speaker and a thorough researcher.
