Yes, just Federal. Sorry, probably should've been more clear about it. But I'm fairly sure the Confederates never had any in KY. I was looking for any info/links to sites Re:Federal-operated POW Camps, Holding Facilities, Prisons, etc. Only ones I'm aware of were near Lexington, Paducah, and Lousiville, as you mentioned.
