Hi Lewis Franklin Bolton was my great grandfather, the Joseph was his brother, he was wounded at Shiloh and taken to Camp Dennison here, actually close to were I leave. He dies of his wounds. As a Confederate he should have been sent to Camp Chase in Columbus, I seardh for him one day, walking that cemetary high and low without luck. Some time later I found a note about Lewis that I already had, but lo and behold a not was there on Jeseph. He is buried in Spring Grove Cementart, Cincinnati, Ohio. Here is the kicker, he buried in a circle of Union soldiers circling a really night statue of a Union army.
