If it's the same CD I have, then it's a good product. It contains the Army O.R.s, as well as "Dyer's Compendium" and "Fox's Regimental Losses". A couple of minor drawbacks -- there are some scanning errors, and the search feature takes some getting used to (at least for me). You have to very narrowly define your search parameters, or it'll throw more references at you than you can shake a stick at.

By the way, the O.R.s are available online from Cornell University at the link below. But I like the idea of having them on CD, especially if you're going to spend a couple of hours reading through reports.
