Can someone help me identify a Confederate soldier in a tin type picture? The hand written inscription on the photo reads "JM Guess the 16 Regiment". He is the brother of Mary Guess Eddleman, husband of John Peter Eddleman. The Eddlemans lived in Rapides Parish during the Civil War.
