My name is Leah Phillips, I'm a Junior at Sequatchie County High School. My U.S. History teacher has presented us with a challenge. He would like us to find out who said, and who this quote is about before our next test.

"We have met a man this time, who either does not know when he is whipped or cares not if he loses his whole army."

I have searched everywhere, so I am now resulting to e-mailing, calling, whatever it takes to find someone who knows. If there is any help you can give it would be greatly appreciated.
