Was trying to find information about the 2nd Louisiana Infantry specifically Company H from Caddo Parish. Zachariah Clayton Williams of this company was killed at Chancellorsville, Virginia. However, his service record does not give the place of burial. Does anyone know of any primary source material on this regiment or company? Are there any state records for this company before it was mustered into Confederate service such as state militia rolls?
