4th Reg't French Brig. & 22nd (consol)

Hi Jim,
I followed you over from the Alabama message board. Glad to see the LA board and hope it is as successful as Alabama's.

Part of my family fought with the 24th Ala and Gage's Battery, both from the Mobile area, but I also had 2 more that fought with Louisiana outfits. I'm trying to get some info on the 4th Reg't, French Brigade, Louisiana Mil.for Pvt.D. Sabathe, 2nd Co. The only thing I've found was "On Roll not dated, ordered into the service of the State of Louisiana."

The other is as follows, "Verneuille, A., Pvt. Co. E, 22nd (Cons.) La. Inf. En. Mobile, Ala., April 29, 1862, or 1864.
Rolls from May, 1864, to Aug., 1864, Absent, detailed duty for 30 days, by S. O. No. 113." I haven't found much on the 22nd consolidated, and would like to know what SO # 113 referred to.

Thanks,
Tom Marcet
