Contact The Reprint Company Publishers of Spartanburg, SC and they MAY have a few for sale or can let you know when they might do another publishing run on Boothe. Last summer there were a few for sale on Ebay also, so I would check on them periodically, as well as Amazon for used ones. If I come across any for sale, I will pass it on to you. I was at a booksale today at the LA State Archives but that was wishful thinking, lots of good books, but no Boothe!
