I received the following info on Joachim Dupuis -
Joachim Dupuis b.5 July 1827 died abt. 1865. He married Marie Dubroc 9 Jan 1850 daughter of Alexis Dubroc and Aimee Tassin. She was born 29 Jan 1829.

Note: Joachim Dupuis (Dupuy) died while serving in the Confederate States Army in the Civil War. Baptized on 6 april 1828 in St Paul the Apostle Catholic Church in Mansura, Avoyelles Parish, Louisiana.

I would appreciate any info you may have on his life and how, when or where he died. Faith
