I believe in my heart that the monument should be put where the families of the soldiers who died there will be able to look at it. My name is Tammy Goodman and I am the secretary of the OCR Chapter in Sabine Parish. Our chapter name is THE BETTY SELF CHAPTER and we will do what ever we can to help put the monument where it belongs. The state should worry about what it means to the families of the soldiers who gave their lives up for all of us and not what every one else thinks.
