Z.P. Fontenot

Does anybody know if there is a chance that the two entries from Booth listed below are the same man. Would place of parole (Washington) likely rule this out?

Fontenot, Z. P., Pvt. Co. B, 7th La. Cav. Paroled at Washington, La., June 22, 1865. Res. St.
Landry Par., La.

Fontenot, Zephron, Pvt. Co. -, King's Special Battn. La. En. April 15, 1862, New Orleans, La.
Present on Roll from April 15 to May 8, 1862. Appears on Spec. Order No. 107, dated Hdqrs. Dept.
No. _, Camp Moore, La., May 8, 1862, which is as follows: XVIII: The following men of King's
Spec. Battn. are honorably discharged from the service. XIX: The Asst. Qr. Master will pay them
for the time they were in the service and furnish them commutation of transportation from here
to Opelousas, St. Landry Par.
