Likewise, I have not been able to get in touch with any of the other Board members at Memorial Hall. All live in New Orleans or on the North Shore. I would think most if not all evacuated and it will obviously be weeks if not months before people are allowed in to investigate. I too am concerned about the collection as a large percentage of the flags and uniforms were stored in vaults in the basement. If they are upstairs in the gallery, perhaps they are well, if there was no further damage to a root that was already marginal. I am more concerned at this time about the looting in N.O. although we have a large iron door at the entrance and no usable windows. If I hear any reliable news from other volunteers or Board members I will pass along via this medium. Thanks,
