In my research, I found that after the Civil War, Harold "Harry" Ogden was a congressman and lieutenant governor of Louisiana. I would like to know if this is true and where can I find the information about it. Ogden rode with Quantrill during the Civil War, and I find it interesting that he was elected to such a high office, if true. Thank you.
