There doesn't seem to be much information about the French Brigades in the LA. militia. I am just wondering if anyone has gleaned any facts at all about any of the regiments. I am particularly interested in 2nd Co., 4th regiment and 8th Co., 3rd regiment. After reading messages on this list I am wondering if the 3rd regiment included "parolees"? Please email if you have any fact, info, or suggestion. I don't know if these two ancestors survived or were casualties. I'd like to know if the regiments mostly attempted to secure the cities or did they fight in battles. I'd love to know where both SULPICE soldiers are buried. Thanks.Carol
