Does anyone have info on the 6th Company of The Washington Artillery? Vol V of the "Confederate Veteran" states 156 members who did not go to Va went to serve with Gen Albert Sidney Johnston at Shiloh..My relative, H. G. Stetson was a canoneer in the 6th Company..any info would certainly ve appreciated..I am a member of the SCV , also a reinactor, and would like to know more about my heritage! We have an authentic mountain howitzer, and when I smell the smoke, I think about H. G. Stetson!!
