One member of Capt. Cole's Company was John Wesley Condor, who enlisted at Columbus, KY, and the 1860 Census of Hickman County (which is where Columbus is), KY, shows him as age 19, birthplace Kentucky, an occupation student. Makes me wonder of any others were from the area. Private Condor transferred to his home county unit of Company B, Seventh Kentucky Infantry, CSA on April 3, 1862.
