There certainly should be a place for a book about Alexandria and its role during the Civil War, and there should be a great many sources to draw upon in preparing a manuscript. That said, I have to wonder how easy it would be to find a publisher for a book that would have somewhat limited appeal, and by that I mean a publisher where the author would not have to use his/her own funds to get the thing in print.

Tell Charles Neal that if he is going to advance such ideas, he needs to back them up with some hard work of his own. LOL!
