This service is to honor Richard, Enoch, Charles and Daniel Pittman who all died in the WBTS and their bodies are all buried in unknown graves. We will also be honoring James A. Pittman who also served with his brothers and did survive the battles and imprisonment at Camp Chase, Ohio. His body lies in the Thomas cemetery. All of these men served some time in the 7th Miss. Infantry Regt. James and Daniel also served in Co. I, 3rd Miss. Infantry Regt.
