Essex Ebert Burial Place

I am searching for the burial place of Essex Ebert or Hebert or Ebare, who served in Company A of the 2nd Louisiana Heavy Artillery. His wife, Emily Elizabeth Brown Ebert, applied for a Confederate Widow's Pension, and in her application she stated that her husband died March 13, 1882 and was buried in Pineville, Rapides Parish, Louisiana, but she did not name the cemetery. Essex and Emily Ebert appear on the 1880 Federal Census of Winn Parish. If anyone knows the burial place of Essex Ebert I certainly would appreciate your assistance. Thank you.
