Joe Webb, pvt. 9th Louisiana Rifles (Infantry) near Franklinton enlisted 1861, badly wounded at Port Republic, Va. record show him in several hospitals then discharged from wounds. My Aunts (His Neices) said he never returned from the war. Him, wife Sarah, and 8mo old daughter Sarah show on the 1860 LA census
