To answer Lee's post below - Ya'll all know that LSP@Port Hudson was under Blanco when she was Lt. Govenor, then she became Govenor. Don't you remember her - the one that cried on national TV during the Katrina affair. She's the reason that the Louisiana Confederate monument was not rightfully placed on state property near the battlefield musuem for all visitors to see. Why is it so hard to acknowledge the truth/credit about things?? The citizens "ancestors" of Louisiana were given NO VOICE in this matter. Roy
