i want to thank the SCV members of the T.M.Scott Camp 1604 of which i am a proud member for the perseverance to get 21 markers for the soldiers that were buried in the trench at the Old Minden Cemetary located in Minden La. the wounded soldiers were brought from the battles of Mansfield and Plesant Hill to a field hospital where as they died they were buried there. we will be placing the markers in jan. 2008. i will have a link anyone can visit of the photo's we take of the placing and dedication of the markers. thanks,
