I believe you meant to ask a question rather than make a statement. If so, no, all Confederate markers in National Cemeteries are not wrong. As mentioned, many Confederate burials existed before on the property before it became a National Cemetery, just as Jim described in another post. For instance, at Hampton Roads VA Confederates were buried in a separate section, just as German and Italian POWs were buried in their own section.

FYI, many Germans buried there were sailors aboard U-85 and killed in the water after abandoning their submarine. The U.S. Navy retrieved these bodies and buried them at Hampton Roads.
