I am trying to get confederate markers for two confederate soldiers buried at Rosehill Cemetery in New Iberia , neither is list in Booth's , but they do have pension records but their unit name is giving me problems. One of them is Christian Sonneman on his pension records he lists his unit as Harness and Saddlery Dept., the other is John Fisher who lists his unit as Ordnance Dept.. If i just put that on the application will the Fed's accept it.
