Thanks for the advice, Mr Jones. I have gone over the OR CD several times picking for Union flags. We have well over 1,000 Union flags captured, located so far. I have the complete list of the Union re-captured flags from the War Department. I have "Advance the Colors", Pennsylvania regiments books 1 and 2.

If I can't find it I will continue to search at the LOC and National Archives.
