Edward Cotham's "Sabine Pass: The Confederacy's Thermopylae" has a reproduction of an ambrotype of Sulakowski on pg. 65. Art is correct (of course) as to the location of the image. If you haven't already, you might want to grab a copy of the book, as it has some nice information about the officer's service. I wrote a brief review of it for North & South Magazine way back when.
