Covingtons in CSA from Bossier Parish

Hi,

I am doing a booklet for a friend on his Covington family who lived near Redland or Carterville in Bossier Parish as early as the 1840's. Several sons of Miles and Margaret Covington served the CSA, including Wilson and Madison Covington.

I am relatively sure that the first listed below is Madison - and I wonder about the second. Might this be the same person. I am interested in what some of you think based on your knowledge of the units.

Also, are there further sources where I can find info on Co B of 6th LA Cav.?
